A two layered premium styled collar with 2019 ribbon colors are adorned on this custom, Gold leaf paint down the center scalloped area and a custom mix burgundy border. Hand stitched with polyester waxed wounded cord. Buckle and d ring are solid brass with a matching leather keeper.
